CRAM Founder/CEO Juanita Edrington - Grant secured $3 Million in funding to restore an old community health building into co-working space for non-profits and for-profit businesses in collaboration with Tarik Casteel, CEO of TLC Construction, which is called the Harrisburg Uptown HUB.
Their partnership also led to receiving a $4.5 Million dollar tax credit to build a 20-unit veteran housing apartment building adjacent to the HUB.
